Below are our Terms of Use, which outline a lot of legal requirements you need to be abreast of prior to using our services, but the bottom line is it’s our aim to get your children to become an avid reader, and hence become a successful person in life in whatever chosen areas of career. We’ve included many of these terms to legally protect ourselves, but if you have an issue, always feel free to email us at Admin@HelpThemRead.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it in a fair and timely fashion.

1. Application of Terms

By visiting and/or taking any action on HelpThemRead, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms outlined below. These terms apply to the website, emails, or any other communications from us.

2. Books

I. We do not sell books, we only get professionals to identify books that are relevant and helpful to development of children in different age categories. However, we provide links to website where you could get these books for free (electronically) or paper back at a cost (determined by an independent seller).

II. We do not recluse ourselves from providing book sales in the future especially in environments where there is lack of access of books retail services.

III. HelpThemRead is not liable for any real or perceived negative impact of a book that our professionals recommend, now or in the future.

3. Assessments

I. We provide carefully designed questions and answers for every book HelpThemRead recommends. Although, we commit to providing quality answers, we shall not be liable to any error in questions or answers provided by our seasoned educators and staff.

II. We welcome feedbacks on issues that students or their parents observe as they use our app/website. We also are not obliged or required to compensate you for such feedbacks. Any compensation is at will of HelpThemRead administrators.

III. Since we keep track of scores for each assessment, HelpThemRead shall not be liable for any negative consequence of a child seeing a trend of result. We plan to use Artificial Intelligence to process assessment data in view of providing useful feedback to parents on the progress of their children.

4. Security & Payments

I. Our services are free. However, we encourage members of the public to donate towards educational projects and scholarships that will be given to outstanding students (between 5 and 18 years) who directly subscribe or whose parents signup with our app/website.

7. Ownership

I. QEFAS has exclusive right to software, questions, assessment and answers provide in our database. We will defend copyright infringements.

8. Membership & Content

I. HelpThemRead is a free website. No paid is subscription is required. Only signup, add your children and their profiles, provide them means to access the books we recommend, after they claim to have read the books, give them you laptop or phone to take our assessment (designed to be simple enough to detect if a child has read a given book or not), reward them, repeat cycle, and watch them become great in life.

II. We can view and/or remove any content for any reason at our own discretion. This will typically only be exercised for issues needing immediate resolution, such as, but not limited to, the posting of unauthorized content, offensive content, illegal content, or anything breaching anyone else’s rights.

9. Liability

I. You indemnify us against all losses, costs (including legal costs), expenses, demands or liability that we incur arising out of, or in connection with, any claims against us relating to your use of HelpThemRead.

10. Requesting, Modifying or Deleting Your Data (GDPR)

I. We will work hard to make sure your data remains safe and we only collect what is needed to provide our services. If you want to request an export of your data, a modification to any data we have related to your account, or delete of all data permanently, please email Admin@HelpThemRead.com with a subject titled (GDPR) and we’ll complete your request in a timely manner.
